Our Values
We are passionate about incorporating our personal values into what we do at Spire Deli. This can be seen in our workplace culture, the quality we deliver and the decisions we make.
Local Produce
We will try to use as much local produce as possible. Local butchers, green grocers and bakerys are key to a thriving local economy.
We want to support these businesses where possible and make sure their excellent products are on offer at our shop.


Cleanliness
Making sure our shop is clean is a top priority for the team as Spire Deli. We promise you that we will always follow strict hygeine practices.
To help us achieve this, we provide the team with atleast 30minutes after each shift to clean and any staff member working longer to finish up, will always be paid for their time.

We are committed to building a team that is valued and enjoys working at Spire Deli. We will create jobs with access to training, good holiday entitlement and support to have a good life-work balance.

We value the strength of communities that come together, so we want to be a part of ours.

We will do what we can to support local people, businesses and community groups. We will do this by providing discounts to charitable event catering, prioritising local people for jobs, and working with local groups.

Within a few weeks of opening our doors, we have taken on two students from Chesterfield College for work experience and we hope to accept more students in the future.
